This is a wonderful recipe for a special occasion Brunch or Breakfast. Passed almost to my by a dear friend, this has been a Christmas Morning tradition in my land house for on the order of 10 years.

  1. 10 slices stale white bread
  2. u00bc cup butter, softened
  3. 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  4. 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  5. 8 eggs, beaten
  6. 2 cups half-and-half cream
  7. 2 cups milk
  8. 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  9. u00bc teaspoon paprika
  10. 1u2009u00bd teaspoons salt
  11. u00bd teaspoon dome black pepper
  12. u215b teaspoon cayenne pepper
  13. u00bd teaspoon onion powder
  14. 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  15. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  16. 1 tablespoon chopped spacious parsley for embellish
